Spicy Kale

I love kale. Make sure you buy organic. Kale is delicious and easy to sauté really fast on the stove and serve next to a meat or even eggs. Here is my spicy kale recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch rinsed organic kale, torn off the stalk
  • 1 tablespoon grassfed butter
  • garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt

Method:

Melt the butter in the skillet (stainless steel or cast iron-I do NOT use nonstick as those chemicals are poison). Add the kale and cook on medium high heat until wilted-about 4 minutes. Sprinkle garlic powder, cayenne pepper and sea salt as desired. Serve and enjoy! Pictured below with some roasted chicken and avocado.
