I love almond butter. What I love even more is making these creations with other superfood ingredients! Cacao has tons of health benefits and antioxidants! When you add just a little to the almond butter, it taste like (clean!) chocolate cake batter – except nutritious! This is so easy to make and you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already. Go make this and say goodbye to any GUILTY food cravings you may have because this will surely solve your sweet tooth!
- 1 jar 100% almond butter
- 2 heaping tbsp cacao (or 100% pure unsweet cocoa will do)
- 1 tbsp honey (or 100% pure maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla (be sure it’s 100% pure vanilla and not imitation)
- Large pinch of sea salt (Himalayan is best)
Method: Take your jar of almond butter and add all of the ingredients to it. Mix well. You can also mix all of this in a large bowl if your container does not have much room to stir.
Enjoy with apples, rice cake, or by the spoonful! Just don’t overdo it 😉
