DIRT CLEAN is about eating real food–it’s exactly what the name implies. It’s about eliminating processed food altogether and eating more fruits, vegetables, quality meats, and drinking more WATER. I first began eating clean in 2011; since then I have adopted a more primal-paleo lifestyle and I would never go back to the way I used to eat! I discovered that by eliminating processed food, soda, fried food, anything with a CHEMICAL, etc., and focusing on eating REAL, WHOLE foods, that I can eat as much as I want and maintain a body I love! It’s TRUE! If you change your lifestyle and eating habits, you will no longer struggle with weight fluctuations or negative thoughts that come along with eating bad foods. This is a lifestyle and not a temporary diet, nor is it a diet at all. DIRT CLEAN focuses on eating the best foods for your health and wellness at each and every meal; desserts are clean, too! I am hoping to inspire others to join the wellness wagon and choose dirt clean foods–because there really is no other way to live. I want to prove that it’s possible to love every single meal, never feel deprived, enjoy treats on occasion while also maintaining the body you WANT and anti-aging every day! As a former ballet dancer and now fitness enthusiast, I am passionate about working out hard in the gym and training like an athlete – as well as eating clean.
